I was just doing some 2012 Google Earthing of Pascau Lama ...Barrick do appear to have a building site ( photo tab describes it as Pascua Lama 1996 ) but it’s quite a bit North of the Pit area described and shown on our IHUB site and I couldn't see any pit activity within the parameters of what we call Mina Pascua or Pasuca Lama for that matter ...and the Google Earth boundary between Chile and Argentina is somewhat to the East of what we show on ours ....our boundary follows the peak of Pasuca from the northern glaciers to Toro 2 area and South, which is likely more accurate...they, Barrick I presume, even have a runway with two planes on it just north and east of the pit boundary along the river flat towards their base which is further North of where the river splits ..Imagine if Barrick had to hand over all of that to MWR and Jorge ....Not sure what the Chilean authorities conveyed to the top brass when they had them in court a few months back ...love to know what they were told ...as some have said its very quiet from the Barrick Camp. Should be an interesting day tomorrow ...can’t wait to hear the results !!
