snowblow, Your message reflects the frustration we all feel. I have been shocked by the drop in the share price when I returned from 2 weeks in Europe. The most telling argument that I read about the postponement in the suit is the question about why did IDCC agree. If ERICY is still playing hardball so is IDCC. There must be a compelling reason for IDCC to have agreed. I believe that Mr. Market is wrong in the pricing IDCC so low even though the entire stock market is falling. I keep watching for greater relative strength in IDCC as a signal that good news is coming. Unfortunately, it has not happened yet.
