Ams, I think you are placing to much emphasis on what damage Nokia can do to this award.

I think what you should do for yourself and the others you have vested is to reread the IDCC news release and remove all of the dollar amounts. Now after you read it again if you can honestly believe S/E isn't the trigger then sell the rest of your shares before it's to late. If you think the ICC's ruling that S/E is a trigger then buy back what you sold and don't try and time what you knows going to happen.

What ever dollar amount IDCC winds up with the results will be the same in this respect. IDCC will now have the largest handset maker (Nokia) paying recurring revenues and also the largest infrastructure maker (Ericy) paying revenues.

With this under his belt Merritt will be able to make those high priced lawyers license their companies.
