I just got the following email from a customer rep there (apologies if this information has been stated previously):


It looks like there was some confusion regarding the WAMUQ voting material. The updated instructions now state that voting ballots cannot be submitted electronically since they were physically mailed. Here’s the thing. We must receive the instructions before 2/3/2012. Since this is a time sensitive matter, I’ve attached the materials to this email, including the voting ballot.

Go ahead and print out the voting ballot and follow the instructions to fill it out. You can mail the ballot to:

Just a friendly reminder, we must receive your ballot by 2/3/2012. Make sure to send your original completed ballot. Meaning, do not complete a ballot, make a copy, and then send us the copy. We must have the ballot with your instructions in wet-ink.
