i continue to hear that some do not believe merrit when he said there was no bid for the entire company.

Some believe that there was one, but maybe a low ball offer that they would not accept.

Do you honestly believe that he would flat out lie on that call? IDCC tends to be so conservative in how they operate with the public that i can not believe they would simply lie about an offer.

is it possible that they established a price and told others dont waste your time giving us a number that is under that? maybe, but there is no way they got a written offer, turned it down and then told the public they did not receive one.
