I think Bionic is in a DTC chill which is why there is no promotion for months. But they hope a name change fixes that so the $106,000 and $23,000 convertible debentures on the books that probably convert at par which is $.0001 or 129 Billion shares. After the reverse if the stock is at .03 cents they get 129 Billion shares to dump like crazy with the convertible. This is crazy.
