My big fear is Paul gives up the fight, settles early, and allows Lee to walk away with the patents. Its absolutely criminal, how Lee can sign contracts and agreements, then just walk away, after defrauding shareholders.

What disturbs me is the judge also doesn't seem to care anything about shareholders. He's just looking to execute whatever is expedient.
