Peeps with Fidelity;...besides no return envelope...pg 2 of the "notice of approval of disclosure statement etc." has address for Master Ballots: Washington Mutual Ballot Processing c/o Kurtzman Carson Consultants 599 Lexington Avenue, 39th Floor New York, 10022 New York....or All Other Ballots: Washington Mutual Ballot Processing c/o Kurtzman Carson Consultants 2335 Alaska Avenue El Segundo, California 90245........on the letter "THE OFFICIAL COMMITTEE OF UNSECURED CREDITORS OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL"...down the bottom in bold lettering it states..."Additionaly, you must check the box on your ballot granting certain releases under the Plan in order to recieve a distribution from the Debtors estate....but yet ITEM 3 in the actual green voting ballot on pg 6 states...Release Election..by checking the box below, you elect NOT to grant the releases contained in Section 41.6 of the Plan..Please be advised that if you check the box, you WILL NOT be entitled to a distribution under the Plan....what the heck gives ?...two contradicting statements????
