How much shareholder value do you really think a share buyback or one time dividend would create?

Exactly. If IDCC is trying to create value, using cash for buybacks or one-time dividends is hardly the way to do it.

On a separate matter, I can't comment on the management of the company, but I gather that those more knowledgeable than I are wholly unimpressed.
