As a technical side note, yesterday's candle was an inverted hammer at the bottom of a move...which very likely indicates a change in direction. The news this morning should help.

Sentiment will change faster than you think (IMO).

Cloud computing
Best in class products
New dynamic CMO on board
Govt still purchasing equipment
Capital to move the plan forward
(for a bit anyway)
