Dougherty & Company downgraded IDCC before the open to Neutral from Buy
and lowered their tgt to $38 from $68. By cutting their 2012 EPS
estimate down to $1.51, the firm is removing all LG royalties. They had
previously stuck LG ongoing royalties and a one-time back-payment for
2011 royalties in their 2012 estimate. Should an extension get done,
there would be material upside to 2012 estimates, but not much change to
the firm's DCF.
