It doesn't matter what you think of Angel. All that matters is that the market views a pink sheet company doing a R/S as poison. The R/S should only happen when he meets all the other criteria for moving to another exchange other than pps. That way there will be a legitimate reason for a R/S.

Regardless, Angel did say that an R/S was not in the plans during the conference call several weeks back. So that means that Angel is planning on buybacks at some point. It's either buybacks or a R/S at some point. Plans can change obviously; we'll just have to wait and see.
