82M is really not a lot with this stock.
It's far too diluted to get a huge move going. Like the day we had volume over 400M, and up just one tick. A R/S would be in the company's best interest at this point, in my opinion. Unlike other PinkSheet CEOs, I don't see Angle diluting it back down afterword, but then again who knows.
