As of tomorrow when it is approved, will it now say 2.7 billion or does it take a few days before it says that? It doesn't matter what the bond holders do but as of tomorrow will the outstanding shares say 2.7 billion?



The OS# of 1.716B will not change until shares are issued to someone.
If approved tomorrow it would read like this until shares are issued for whatever reason...
