His question is actually a good question. When you look at a stock for the outstanding shares, ACTC now is 1.7 billion. As of tomorrow when it is approved, will it now say 2.7 billion or does it take a few days before it says that? It doesn't matter what the bond holders do but as of tomorrow will the outstanding shares say 2.7 billion?
