Agreed that hope is not an investment strategy. The difference between a guess and an estimate is the factual basis in the latter. That's the same difference between hope and speculation.

I am speculating on IWEB based on the following facts:

1) A superior product. Based on my personal analysis as well as independent analysts and continuing DoD sales for mission critical applications.

2) Recent hiring of a CMO with impressive references.

3) Recent raise of capital sufficient to keep the company afloat long enough for efforts to increase sales to kick in.

4) Intellectual Property and the CEO's stated intentions to protect it and market it. Patents are a major part of many highly successful companies such as Apple. Patents also guarantee a certain minimum value to failing companies such as Kodak.

5) 100% focus on the rapidly growing Cloud market.

6) All of the above makes IWEB a likely takeover candidate even if sales remain lackluster. The shares you sell today for 11¢ today could easily fetch 19¢ next week.

Yes, I realize that numerous problems may arise and IWEB could drop substantially. That's a major risk with any .OB stock and a risk with the best stocks listed on the major exchanges as well.
