Unfortunately, not ALL penny stocks are shams. While I admit the vast majority are, IWEB had and still does have an attractive share structure. That being said, I believe it is only a matter of time, with the current management in place, before this feature is destroyed as well. Each time John secures financing it comes as less and less attractive prices, as is evident by the PPS. The company has potential, but continues to fail due to inept leadership and a piss poor management team at its helm. The more concerning an issue is the board fails to force Johns hand and remove him from the position...Any other company and the CEO would have been removed long ago, but considering he is the Chairman...enough said. He is too proud to admit he is a failure and just step aside as any self righteous person would...
