Simply not true. If that were true, the price would be dropping on heavy volume. What's happening is a fairly stable price on low volume. It's just not possible to draw any conclusions based on a short period of low volume. If there is any conclusion from low volume, it's that investors are waiting for something to happen. They are waiting for big news -- good or bad. Obviously no news at all for an extended period would at some point be interpreted as bad news. Since it's only been a month or so since the big news (mostly bad news) from the conference call and the hiring of a new CMO, investors appear to be sitting on their assets re IWEB.
