Yes, just as easy as the Series A Preferred Stock conversion rate policy was changed to its current state, it can just as easily be returned to its original conversion rate or something entirely different.

but again this can be changed with the flip of a coin too.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the original Series A Preferred Stock conversion rate was for more common shares than the Series B Preferred Stock conversion rate that is causing heartburn to some investors today.
