KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 2003--InterDigital Communications Corporation (Nasdaq:IDCC), a leading architect, designer and provider of advanced wireless technologies and product platforms, announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2002 financial results before the market opens on Tuesday, February 11, 2003.

InterDigital will host a conference call on Tuesday, February 11, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2002 operating results and its outlook for the future.
