TD Ameritrade Info


I have just called them and they told me that TD Ameritrade will use a 3rd party company called "Broadridge" for the votes. She also said that I should expect to receive the ballots next week. She mentioned I should be able to vote either by sending my paper vote or over the phone after they have my info in their system (whatever that means ?!)

I asked her about keep trading after the voting deadline or voting itself locks my shares or not. It sounded to me that she does not have much idea (and I do ask for a rep. from Corporate Reorganization dept.) and she did not even know the shares are still trading or not. And she thought that voting does not necessarily locks the shares ?!?!?! But she mentioned that they are expecting to receive a deadline (for stop trading / lock shares ) from WaMu and they have not received it yet.

I can send their direct number if anybody wants to follow up later on.

I'll wait until Friday for the ballots.
