looks like with all the banks refusing to deal with this there is going to be a few less shares in the end because of those that are getting screwed. You have to wonder if it is intentional. If 25% of the holders out there cant vote we will be missing 400M shares after the vote. And from the sound of this board it is more then 25% that have issues.
Nice excuse for rosen though.
