This thing is so messed up we are even annoying our Dutch friends!

My hopes and prayers are with you that you can get this resolved. Your broker/bank seems to just not want to deal with this.

In my 18 years of living in Europe I was blessed to have several friends in the banking industry that were always ready to take on any challenge and jump through any hoop to make things happen.

But...never tried to vote on shares that were exiting bankruptcy from there, so don't have any advice but to find/make a friend that is close to the top and buying them lunch/coffee never hurts.
