Yes it is. I use a similar recipe to OUTBACK Steakhouse recipe.

Melt a little bit of butter( I use oil) in a small bowl. About a tablespoon, maybe a bit less. Then use a brush and paint the skin of your potato with the butter (oil). Liberally sprinkle the salt on the skin of the potato and bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour.


Simple is better
