Their best hope is increased [LNG] export, but that's going to be a tough sell to Congress.

I don’t think a lot of people in Congress are opposed to LNG export per se; however, the regulatory process to gain approval for an export terminal is sloooooooow. See #msg-57238659 and #msg-63478659 for related info.
