Wtf? Somebody bought 4,250 shares between .0703 and .09 at the open? How did they skip over the ask at .078 (since surely there are more shares waiting to be sold at that level than 4,250)?

Having a bid at .0703 is strange enough, lately it's been at .0701, .0702, etc. Seems people are trying to up each other by a ten-thousandth. Though I'm not sure if I can really hate the obvious manipulation since the last time this happened was in February of last year when they held the price right at 7.5 cents for two weeks before the news of becoming debt-free broke and the price jumped over 50%.
