Lebosco -- if you only want to grant releases, and don't want to vote -- then you just let the voting date pass, and make sure your broker allows for the "second chance" to send in the same ballot, but just count the releases part.

However, again, there's not the option to vote and wait on granting releases. Once you send in a ballot for voting, you are also choosing whether to release or not.
