Ok fair enough maybe bad example but you proved they sold for higher than value. I know a gentlemen who owned 9 subways all very profitable. Very profitable. Than one day he decided he only wanted 3 so he sold the other 6 for a huge profit. What a moron huh. Why would you sell your business for a profit. It just doesnt make sense does it. Now he lives in a 3 mil dollar house in the foothills. Bet he's kicking himself everyday for making that money
