Well someone dug into their pockets for $80k. On the positive side of things we have a manageable O/S,management that believes they can execute the business plan (proof from 80k loans), and we are still fully reporting.

On the negative side of things we still have massive debt, no definite agreement with Aderra and uncertainty regarding the note conversion.
