ML forgets he is the CEO & he insists I lost shareholders money
who sold because of me. IF that were the case he could SHUT ME
UP & DOWN in an instant, how?

[]Reduce &/or defer his salary (as a token, "I share your pain",
"I am the CEO", "The buck stops here"-type statement)
[]Unveil a plan
[]Announce transparency & house-cleaning
[]Get to work executing & reporting regularly
[]Budget the year & live within means (grow as organically as poss)

Stop the hype, bs, share-selling while doing less than $100K last
quarter in BOOMING Agri-biz?
