I agree except for one thing, the security filing they filed showed a six month delay between drawing cash, and being able to demand shares in payment the cash drawn. That means new shares from the Cayman group can not show up yet (except shares for the $25,000, which is nothing share wise, 2.5 to 5 million shares is nothing with the OS at 150 million already), unless I missed something. Did you read that initial security filing? Did I miss some key language in either filing???? If I did, post it!!!
