So like so many OTHER times throught their history, they can say they are doing/testing something (as in the many agreements with other companies - that have come TO NOTHING), but that they won't announce the results of of such testing until after it's over.
Pretty convenient. If they never actually begin this INTENDED testing, they can keep people fantasizing about how it's going without ever announcing anything. Or if this governing agency never gives them the approval they are looking for.....they never have to announce it either.
My bet is that they will remain silent about this testing....until another 10Q or 10K is published, and it will be THERE you will read about the failure to test.
Meanwhile...back on the farm....the faithful keep the light on.
