WHO CARES ALL THAT MATTERS IS WHATS OUT STANDING AND WHATS IN THE FLOAT

The O/S is not static. It has constantly been increasing.

If you are flipping this, then its not as important... If you are a LONG, i recommend following this stuff closely.

Who cares?!... Smart money does. Its an IMPORTANT part of doing Fundamental Analysis
