Option Millionaires

That is (partially) true. I had to learn it the hard way this week in NFLX. Gotta be honest, not just posting gains but also losses. Option-god giveth, Option-god taketh.

I made nearly $8k on my swing trade in AAPL last Friday only to lose it all in NFLX this week. The mistake i made is to be too euphoric and over-confident, rushed into a new trade a week ago thinking NFLX will retrace and do a big correction for sure after being so overbought. I was only interested in a nice dip last Monday. Unfortunately there was no real dip and I continued to hold it since i didn't wanna sell for loss. And I made many experiences in the past where I sold for loss only to see the Calls/ Puts go up shortly after. But in this case and in hindsight I wish i did because it killed my $.

That said I wouldn't generalize + punish traders who trade with more than just a few hundred bucks in Options. To each his own and I think newbs are smart enough to know to paper-trade first, learn Options and start with small $ first. But of course this is your board and in future I will only post %-gains/ losses here and keep the rest on twitter.

3. Anyone coming on this board boasting huge $$$ trades and that they make tens of thousands every week are LYING to you. And even if they did, they will lose it on the next trade, or the trade after that... NOT A GUESS, FACT.
