Now that GTE/Sanswire is playing ball with NASA @ Edwards AFB the gag orders are probably very tight. Kestrel upgraded their site a couple of months back. Unfortunately they eliminated the fourum page. I would hate to see their technology not fly on the STRAT.
ITF is manufacturing PVs. Daystar is just beginning to assemble a manufacturing plant.
GTE has not made any announcment saying they are not working with Kestrel or ITF.
Remember the old adage "Loose lips, sink Ships."

PS ~ Back in March I could not link to Hot Zone's website. A week later I helped a friend move to Naples, FL. While I was there I tried calling Hot Zone's office to arrange a visit. No reply. On my way to the airport the Tuesday morning I left I stopped by their office in a typical small business strip just east of the airport. I was not impressed. I took a picture. I was going to post it to the board & ask Rocky to take them off the front page! Boy am I glad I did not do that. Look what eventually happened ! GTE bought Hot Zone!
I'll wait for GTE to confirm or deny their business relationships.
