I think most of us are kind of tired of seeing these PR's that have no substance to them. The 10k is something most of us should read 2 or 3 times. Dr. Phan is bobbling so many balls that most of them he is not catching. I think it is mgmt. respnsibility to report to their shareholders immediately when a deal is dissolved. Seeing all this in one report was a little too much. We have invested our money and its time HRCT invested some trust.
