If this bloke made this statement or it was attributed to him...and if this was his remarks, then just why did he get shown the door.
I believe if you look into it, it was because he brought an offer to Serge by two national Distributors that would have sold over 200k valves last year, netted SVMI over $1.5 million dollars. Serge isn't in the valve selling business ...he is in the stock promoting business. Ask anyone there, ask CEE who takes SVMI shares as rent...that's one of George's favorite lines "When are you guys going to realize that Serge isn't interested in selling valves.... it's shares" ...Serge couldn't handle the order and to our knowledge dismissed this guy because he called Serge's bluff. Serge was running around doing damage control so fast ..it was a joke around the office watching this squirrel meeting with these guys ...since all his people we're behind the offer and wanted him to explain his motives...He was trying to get rid of Cornell and news like this would have cost him the loss of his control of SVMI.. That's it in a nutshell. Yorkville would have been too dear to pay-off. and Serge wasn't about to loose control.So much for business savvy....As they say behind Serge's back "Not so Savvy"
Get your facts straight, we did, and we have seen that "inside" offer....
