Claw et al,
the word from one of the many people that I e-mailed is as folows:

"The Court previously ruled that no party can be deemed to have granted a release of claims by default. Releases can only be granted by taking affirmative steps with the ballot"

So I HAVE to get my European bank to deal with the vote. And they say that they will NOT deal with it!
Is it too late to sell and re-buy? What is the cut-off date for buying shares, in order to qualify for the re-distribution? Can anyone advise on transferring the shares electronically to a 'real' broker, without having to sell them.
