Let me ask you a honest question. Do you think the lawyers from both sides actually believe they are right? If that is the case then one side has the dumbest lawyers in the legal profession, and should be disbarred.

I don't think this case is that grey, and I believe that one side knows very well they can't win.

Now as a lawyer which side do you think doesn't know there rear from deep left center field?

You see why I say what I say is if it is really grey then a settlement is most likely as going to trial is way to risky for one side. If it isn't grey then going to trial is stupid for one side. Now you tell me which it is.

The reason I make these comments as a lawyer using your best judegement you decided that I didn't have a case and so did the other lawyers you had review it. Since you came to that conclusion you so informed me. Now if I was paying you out of my pocket to pursue the matter would you have told me the same thing or took my money?

The answer should be the same for the Ericsson and IDCC lawyers that you afforded me, one side damn well knows they have no case.
