Yep...Most likely a Contra-CUSIP # will be assigned - The CUSIP used to indicate your tendered position (representing instructions submitted by Participants to surrender securities).

"Once the voting/releases start all prices are going to drop as the volume dies out and the stocks near cancellation. If the POR is confirmed (which it will be) then they all go poof. You will have a CUSIP number in your account representing the newco shares"



and a depreciation in your broker account value until such time a value is assigned by the market to your new shares
if / when she trades again on an exchange of some sort

IMO

Informative post so as to prevent a deluge of calls to you brokers and meant as a preventive measure to keep shareholders from freaking out...lol
