So even though it appears that Tantivy applied for these patents 15 days in one case and a month in another case before others were notified of the art before the Jan. 17 meeting, they could be invalid because the patent wasn't applied a year before there was any public knowledge of the art?

A year seems pretty stiff and unreasonable.

I wonder what arguements Tantivy can have against this attack?
