SHLD - Jim Rogers says "Sears will go bankrupt 100% Certain"! And today's bad news might be the start of the fall into teens short-term.

Not sure why it's still in 31's now but I guess the fall will accelerate later and next trading days.

I would pick up some Jan/ Feb Puts.
