Not a techie, nor a TPM expert,,, however,,,did have thought about a biometric (fingerprint) login that is checked against the data stored in the TPM....
...would eliminate your scenario presenting security problems..... you could set up your PC & TPM with a 2nd (or 3rd and 4th) person being allowed to use the PC for certain activities.....
Third party application: EASY TO IMPLEMENT "SETUP" for family, and KIDS, with different rights and privileges.??? Is that already part of the IP?
