What does Leigh Colman president of Globetel consider as High altitude testing ? Is it 10,000 feet or 65,000 feet ? Can someone recall and find some statments reffering to altitude by Colman ? That would answer the this question.

For higher altitude testing High altitude propellers would have to be installed, which was Kestrel. It seems Kastrel is out of the picture. I'm not sure maybe NASA has better source for propellers. Remember my previous post also. Iowa Film is out of picture also. For solar film since it is at least 2x superior product Sanswire will use.
