1. you can trade HNSS but you have to call the trading desk to do it, you can not do it online.
2. they have HNSS not eligible for DTC, so there May be Fees. They do not know if there will be fees until they try and trade if for you. They did not say the fees were for sure.
So I opened E-trade to make new purchases, and will use Zecco for non-Penny trades. I will hold HNSS until I am ready to sell and by that time and do not think we will have any trouble trading it.
