Zecco was the first brokerage to stop trading HNSS and they are still not trading. Zecco and TD Ameritrade both use Penson as their clearing house. E*Trade and Fidelity will allow trading but will not or can not (depending on who you talk to) accept HNSS transfers. I know, I tried.
