carmine, i like you and i have seen a bit of what you say come true. but when you refure to yourself in the 3rd party and were talking millions here it kind of makes it harder to believe. i do hope your right, we sure could use a lift. i for one am tapped out, could use few extra bucks. just hope little birdie wasn't woody woodpecker. lol good luck to us longs. may carmine be saying the truth. I will keep my fingers crossed. also im sure PQ wouldnt mind a couple of new condos.
