Klee- “the European markets don’t allow shorting” – Yes they do. They have suspended shorting for periods in times of immense crisis for a few days. This is also the case for the US exchanges (like the ban on short selling financial stocks in September 2008 for few days).

Really? The European market banned short selling on Aug 11th 2011, it was "suppose" to be 15 days. It is now January 11th 2012 and they are considering not EVER going back to allowing short selling. The US has been slow to follow, but soon it will happen. Probably after all the corruption has turned on themselves and there's no one else to feed off of.

UTOG is a new company. They went from an expedition company to a production company. That takes money. That is why companies go public in the first place.

The SEC suspension was bogus IMO. If a group targets a company and makes enough phone calls and sends enough emails, they can get just about anyone to buy their BS with the intention of the SEC taking action.

When a company sends in 1,000 pages to BACK UP their statements made in PR's to FINRA, I'd say that shows alot of confidence on their part that nothing was done wrong. They have a Market Maker that will sponsor them back to the OTC, they're just waiting on FINRA to get their sh*t together.

Funny how you don't see anything else happening with the SEC. They did their dirty work for their future employers.. nuff said.
