I've heard it said that ML is being influenced by the
504 investors, if this is true then that's a sad situation
that explains a lot. They want to minimize the value of
the company so they stay in control and are there to
HELP (usually rape) the company when they
need cash.
These types of investors usually want to crush the common
stock holders and they have succeeded in doing so, they
sell into any runs and if nothing positive is going on with
the company the stock just fades away to the triple z's as
we have witnessed.
And to explain the nothing positive statement I simply mean
that ML talked of a lot of big things happening but never
put any of that wonderful information out as a positive PR
that would have bolstered the PPS in a good way.
