Yes, for sure. What put up red flags to SE was the fact when he got involved a year ago, he called Wilmot to offer any help that he may need. It took several emails and messages before he got a firm response of "NO" we can get it. SE also knew that shares were being issued and he called Wilmot and Wilmot cursed and swore at SE and hung up the phone. I remember SE saying why would he turn down my help with the shape the company is in?? That is when SE had his attorneys investigated the complete past of Wilmot/EGOH/ Buzzard Bait Transfer/Eagle Enviromental, along with the failed gold mining attempt.. The pattern was always the same with the same results.
